General Information
One of the missions of ASU Preparatory Academy is to be globally competitive. To help meet this mission, students will have the option of taking the A Level Physics Cambridge test at the end of the school year.
You will take the following tests:
Dates for the tests will be posted once Cambridge sends us the information.
Every question (on both tests) will be free response (no multiple choice, no practical/lab). For the paper 4 test, you are typically asked to define multiple terms (see the glossary below) and give the derivation for certain equations.
You will take the following tests:
- Paper 4: Structured Questions (Free Response) - TBD (2 hours)
- Paper 5: Planning, Analysis, Evaluation - TBD (1 hour, 15 minutes)
Dates for the tests will be posted once Cambridge sends us the information.

Resources
This link contains a "Survival Kit" for the A Cambridge test. This survival kit contains objectives for both the AS and A level Cambridge exams. As noted in the introduction, the bolded content is what will be tested on the A level exam, but you are expected to know all AS level content as well. I suggest you read over some of it before the school year begins.
