Ingredients:
Serve over rice (add ½ tsp salt or chicken bullion and ½ Tb butter before boiling water), with the carrots, celery, and seeds as toppings.
Serves: 3-4 adults
- 1 can chunk chicken breasts, drained (12.5 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- ½ soup can water (sometimes I use the pineapple juice instead of water for a sweeter taste)
- 1 ½ c prepared rice, according to pkg directions
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 whole, peeled carrot, diced (or 1/3 c baby carrots, diced)
- Sunflower seeds
- Celery, diced
