Mix all marinade ingredients (except the chicken) in a resealable ziploc bag. Add chicken to the marinade. Marinade chicken overnight (can be frozen). Remove chicken from marinade. Bake (400 for 25 min), grill, or broil until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear when cut open. Lightly grease 13x9x2 baking pan.

2 cups all-purpose flour ½ cup powdered sugar 1 cup melted margarine ½ tsp salt Combine all ingredients together, place in 9 x 13 oblong pan, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Topping- make 1.5x 4 eggs beaten 2 cups sugar 1/3 cup lemon juice ½ tsp baking powder ¼ cup sifted all-purpose flour Mix together, pour mixture over top. When baked sprinkle with powdered sugar. Temp: 350 degrees Time: 25 min This is an easy recipe that can makes 6-8 servings. I loved making this in college because I could eat it all week long! It is also a great meal to make when company is over because it is fast and delicious!
