Ingredients:
For chicken:
Cut the chicken into serving-sized pieces. Pound/flatten each piece of chicken for even thickness using rolling pin. Rinse chicken in cold water. In a small bowl, beat the egg and add the water. In separate bowl or plate, put bread crumbs. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs.
Place on a greased 9x13 glass baking dish.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
For pasta:
Fill saucepan 1/3 full of water. Add ½ tsp salt. Bring to boil, according to directions on package.
Warm spaghetti sauce in microwave.

- 2 c spaghetti sauce
