Ingredients:
Mix all marinade ingredients (except the chicken) in a resealable ziploc bag. Add chicken to the marinade.
Marinade chicken overnight (can be frozen).
Remove chicken from marinade.
Bake (400 for 25 min), grill, or broil until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear when cut open.
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 Tb parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/5 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 chicken breasts or 6-8 chicken tenders
