Ingredients:
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours (or low for 6-8 hours) or until meat juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese (opt) cover until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
This goes well on tortillas or tortilla chips.

- 2 cans (15 ¼ oz each) whole kernels corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 jar (16 oz) chunky salsa, divided
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
