Ingredients:
Suggested vegetable side: peas
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry Zesty Italian dressing (sometimes I use a packet and a half)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Place chicken in a crockpot and sprinkle 1/2 packet of Italian dressing over it.
- Cook on low in the crockpot for 4 hours.
- Drain off liquid.
- You can leave the chicken breasts whole, cube it, or shred it (I usually shred it)
- While you are shredding/cutting the chicken, add the cream cheese and soup to the crockpot. Mix with the chicken.
- Cook on low for 30 min
- Serve over pasta, rice, or on sandwich rolls.
